The company bought a 27 - storeys building located on Sukhumvit Soi 8 form Asset Management Corporation. The building has 70 rooms with 19,292 square meter of utilized space and 9,750 square meters of sellable space. In 2003, the Company renovated the building to create a more modern look and has divided the building into different sales units. Units were available for sale in 2004. All units have been sold and transfer of ownership completed in 2006.
