The Company has developed two residential condominium buildings for sale, a 12-storey and a 27-storey buildings. The project area is 2-0-24 rai, located in Soi Sukhumvit 59. Its sellable area is 14,900 sq.m. comprising of 228 residential units. The total project value is Baht 1,148 million. All units have been sold and transfer of ownership completed in 2012.
