MFC Industrial Investment Property and Leasehold Fund (M-II)
The M-II was set up in December 2003 as a listed company in Stock Exchange of Thailand under a joint venture between TFD and MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited. It has 1,789 million Baht registered share capital with objective to invest in ready-built factories located in industrial estates or zone. MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited is currently acting as fund manager.
Assets under the M-II Property Fund consisting of 39 factory buildings and 17 warehouse buildings situated in the following locations:
